Go down to South Texas and meet all the white people with Spanish surnames. Same for Miami. Our current Secretary of State is a perfect example of a white Hispanic. Spaniards are Europeans. Even Mexico is about 9% Caucasian. There are farmers in the Mexican state of Jalisco who look like they're from Iowa. Not to mention all the Mennonites who live in the state of Chihuahua.

They recruit in poor minority areas knowing there isn't much opportunity to earn $ other than the streets. It's been that way for a long time. They recruit for bodies on the Frontline not for unity.

You can make that argument. But ethnicities developed because before we had modern transportation groups were more isolated from each other. Each group developed distinctive traits. Language, hair color, height, etc. So it's also genetic. Swedes are distinct from Serbians. Japanese and Koreans have differences. Kenyans are different than Nigerians although those labels are about their countries rather than their ethnic groups.
