The 2/3 rule is for strike votes. He is choosing to force this contract.

A better idea is every employee demand they want out of the union, and their dues stopped. That doesn’t cost anyone a penny, and will get their attention real quick.

Yes that will really get to UPS......and if you get your way ups will get more than they are asking for in this contract.....like maybe $20/hr for drivers with no benefits......you know kind of like fedex and Amazon.....and that would really teach those ups shareholders they would be making a lot more in profit......and don't forget the performance numbers you can't get fired for now, well you will be an at will employee for ups which means they can fire you anytime for any reason.....to stop paying dues would end your career at ups.....that's the dummest thing I have heard here
