Our neighborhood has one of these-----he drives around town all day picking up whatever scrap that he finds. He also drives a beat-up pickup truck.

Agreed, but some of the restrictions are silly. My mothers new place won't even allow motorcycles. A little overboard in my opinion.

This Saturday a town close to me has their annual Zombie Walk bar thing. Everyone dresses like zombies and hits all the bars downtown. Come to think of it ---that could describe any Friday night or Saturday.

No treats for the wild animals, but I do keep some "COB" treats in the truck for the horses and goats. COB stands for Corn Oats and Barley, clumped together with molasses in treat-sized lumps. Horses, goats and llamas love them. If I run out and cant get to the farm store, I buy a small bag of compressed alfalfa pellets (sold in stores as guinea pig or rabbit food) which they also like.
