Reminds me of where I worked. Our building was about the same size but with more overhead doors. We ran about 25-28 routes. Trucks were packed in like sardines with some of them actually touching each other.

I've taken trailers to quite a few buildings in my 3 months in feeders this size or smaller. The only one I've been to bigger than HARPA so far is Roanoke.
