Was open for limited tours but we chose the museums instead.

It’s a beautiful city with many nice neighborhoods (and a few not so nice ones). Plus, you can’t believe all the things you can do there that are free or cheap.

If you haven’t been there in the last 20 years, you’d be so surprised at all the changes and building that has been done.

That’s a great way to see the city. That way you don’t have to deal with all the traffic and you can stop whenever you want.
