being your own capitalist is not justification for this system. im all in favor of capitalism if they are not exploiting workers, and if its actually efficient.

speaking of risk and reward, worker control of jobs would spread the risk and reward because more people would have ownership whereas capitalism concentrates it.

Well there is a start at responding to my post, I clearly stated self-reliance, and not being an employee, a position you clearly fear, standing on your own. Pick your pig, capitalist, socialist, or communist, you will take orders and comply until you own your gig.

How would one babysit and micromanage a driver? You can hassle them if they screw something up, but I don't see how it's possible to micromanage during the day.
