It's people suffered greatly. You're trying to say it became a superpower because it was communist. It collapsed because it was communist. While it was communist only the elite in the Soviet Union lived well. Most people didn't.

China is a superpower because it allowed capitalism and took on manufacturing from capitalist nations. The result is no life at all for most of its workers. 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. 6 days a week for what? To exist. Nobody exploits workers like those communist capitalists in China. And Lenin was most certainly a communist and Russia paid dearly for letting him take power.

Ideology doesn't mean much when it's falling apart from mismanagement. They can talk about the evils of capitalism all they want but they'd have very little without it. But hey, look how noble they are!

They routinely execute prisoners and harvest their body organs to sell. Either you're ignorant or you ignore it to hate on the U.S.

Most Latin American countries have gone socialist to varying degrees. How then is the U.S. interfering in their elections? And who is under crushing sanctions again? When the U.S. sanctioned Cuba they still had trade with other countries. So why are the Cubans economically depressed? Communism.
