no they are mixed economies and i just named regions where theres alot of my definition of socialism which is workers running their own jobs and maybe owning it too.

Your co-ops are a fraction of the total business there so not a mixed economy. If your co-op model worked well it would be the dominant model. It isn't.
america is a mixed economy. large govt intervention in the economy. ditto for all EU countries.
