Still don’t understand why you guys allow part-timers to shift in the yard. That’s Feeder work.View attachment 399395
I'm so sorry you don't have what we have.

I’m guessing they hate their wives or have no idea what they’re going to do if they’re not in Brown’sIt's sad.
To be honest I've never asked. I've seen feeder drivers shifting and PT.Still don’t understand why you guys allow part-timers to shift in the yard. That’s Feeder work.
To be honest I don’t know if your local allows it might have just been Ron H localTo be honest I've never asked. I've seen feeder drivers shifting and PT.
Yard shifters don't even need a CDLStill don’t understand why you guys allow part-timers to shift in the yard. That’s Feeder work.
True still feeder work though, And we have a huge feeder department I cannot imagine having a bunch of part-timers running around our yard in shifters.Yard shifters don't even need a CDL

They’re part of the feeder department if they go shifter, but they work like 50-60 hours a week. Buddy of mine went shifting and he does easily 13 hours in a day, and another member told me that they need shifters. I wouldn’t mind because it’ll help when I eventually go feeder, but those hours are heavy. They need to make people full time, add language that if they work people for a certain amount of time they get bumped to full time along with the wages. They’re getting screwed over with the pension.True still feeder work though, And we have a huge feeder department I cannot imagine having a bunch of part-timers running around our yard in shifters.
Complete joke that those are not full timers working those kind of hours. Too many are complacent, apathetic or just do not know. I gotta remember to mention that in the next membership meeting.Complete joke that those are not full timers working those kind of hours. Robbing them of pension credit
Report back the logic of allowing this from your executive board when you ask. I wouldn’t personally stand for it. Company is abusing it.Too many are complacent, apathetic or just do not know. I gotta remember to mention that in the next membership meeting.
According to our 401K website it’s good.We don't either but I'm not sure if it's a penalty if you take it before 59 and a half
Federal taxes yes what about state taxes?According to our 401K website it’s good.
We’ll I suppose you’d be taxed right? It was put in before taxes you just don’t get the penalties drawing after you retire before 59.5. There are penalties for taking money before 59.5 if not retired.Federal taxes yes what about state taxes?

For who?It's sad.
Move it to an IRAI've been taking out money from my 401K for years.
The formula is { ( amount removed ) minus $10 ( fee ) } times .746 equals what I would receive.
The 0.254 amount is what the Fed & state take for their share.
We’ll I’m not drawing from mine for at least another few years and I’m 57. I’m thinking 62 when I start SS. Owe less than 10K on the house and only have the wife’s 4Runner to pay off in less than a year.I'm just saying I do not know what the state rules are
