Well when I started it was right before peak. While HR did not say it was peak or probationary, my supervisors mentioned if my performance wasn't up to standards I could be cut after 30 days. So its really at their discretion if they want you or not. I was picked to stay. Perhaps your performance and uh, other activities were the deciding factor in your case.
See if you can switch sorts. Or get another job. Don't sit around and make zero money.

This girl is dumber than a two dollar radio.

Use the search function, read a few threads to get an idea what a bunch of hooligans you're going to be dealing with before you post.

We've all been around the block more than once. Seeing a supervisor at any job is a bad idea let alone one you just started. You receive colorful feedback and are bent out of shape. Good luck in life, it's only going to get harder and the people more brutal.
