This contract is very good. We won the 22.4, a/c, big raise up front, no increase in healthcare, no cameras, better language for harassment, personal vehicle drivers limited and given to pt employees first, extra holiday, supervisors working 4x our pay now, 7500 new full-time jobs, more money for the central and southern states pension, .25 cents increase for western pension. This is only the first contract with the new Union president in the future I would think they can get even more.
I would love to know who all the people on the media sites that want us to vote no. Most of them were sending false information.
Also, I think Western states are only around 44,000 employees. So, I would think our contract will pass because of central and southern states.
Not having to go on strike, Not having to lose money, like the actors, writers. And getting a good contract.
Yes, I wish they gave us hero's pay, yes, I wish they bumped up my pension more. But it's a negotiation, and they had to clean up the mess from last contract.
Most everyone on this site always said pt don't vote, well that turns into a yes vote if it's true. I have asked around my building so far pt say they are voting yes; the funny thing is the one guy that said he doesn't like this contract he's not going to vote LOL.
Yes, the western pension didn't get a big bump, but we already have a great pension and it's not frozen.

I would like to vote YES, but i aint been able figure out how. The website address they sent for Ballotpoint says no election currently open and i aint into QR codes. I just wait till managenent asks if people voted yet and i will shove the paperwork in thier face and tell them to take care of it. But i want a big sweetroll for it.

Do you need an air compressor or tire gauge

Um. If you look at statistics you’ll earn on average 1-2million more in your lifetime with a degree. I don’t know where you got so butt hurt. I just stated a fact is all
Bc that isn’t a fact. A career may get you that money, but not a degree. How much do school teachers make my man? Be specific bc most degrees will never make what I make. That’s a fact!

I voted for Pedro also…. He did offer me protection 😀

The rail workers are under a total different plan, I think it's under federal. And they did get what they wanted, sick days hero's pay and a raise.
What didn't you get with this new contract? Thats so upsetting.
And for the guy who is afraid of QR I just learned how to use it while on vacation, all the restaurants only had menus by QR. We can vote three ways, QR, Phone and Internet. If you don't vote it turns into a yes.
