Air conditioning was negotiated in this contract and we don’t have it finalized yet and I don’t care about it.

You have the audacity to be a useless piece of trash. I prefer my contractual benefits and complaining. Carry on.

PTO include parental leave, jury duty, sick leave, holiday pay, or disability leave.

I don't have an attitude toward you, just don't play the "woe is me, they made me work" card.

I would like the same 60% increase at the shareholders got . Let's start out with that... (buy some stock!) no we are not giving to you. Use some of that free money you have from not having to pay for healthcare..work overtime!!

And I want to MIP bonus also. Put in a letter and lets see if you can get into management..then you can have MIP.
You won't have MIP either after the strike when you're one of the first to be let go. Gotta downsize somewhere to make up some of that lost money. And it definitely won't us! We'll be getting more of that overtime ... or is it bonus money?

Growing up with my father going on strike many many times he always told me no one ever truly wins in a strike. But look at everything g UPS and done and gotten away with for the last 5,10,15 years now. If there’s any time to stand up and fight this company now is the time. Regardless of what the outcome is we all need to stick together PT and FT. I’m sick of hearing FT complain about PT and vice versa. That’s what UPS wants to hear. They want us divided. No matter what our opinions are we have to keep it to ourselves and give this company the ass kicking it deserves.
Well your old man was right none of the workers win and both sides negotiating just laugh all the way to the bank. Cuz it’s just for show
