Not just here, everywhere. The hardest workers are usually punished with more work/responsibility. It's how you turn good workers bad.
I took a day to respond. I respectfully disagree with your opinion on the hardest workers.

Locally the ones who are doing the most stops are the ones who aren’t following the rules. They cut corners, cheat on their time cards by running breaks, abuse their vehicles and forget about the S in service. Some burn out when they are disciplined and realize they are just a number. Some change their behavior when they get in serious accidents or injuries. Again it’s just my observation

You can't disagree and then provide all of the supporting subject mater that proves my point, just because you'd like to view the conversation from a point of subjective semantics.

Either way, it's a well-documented phenomenon, regardless of your opinion.

Ummmm. NO.

The Postal Service receives no direct taxpayer funds. It relies on revenues from stamps and other service fees.

No, the Postal Service is generally self-funded. This means that no tax dollars are used to keep the lights on at its many facilities across the country. The Postal Service, instead, relies on the revenue it generates from the sale of stamps, products, and services to fund its operations.

Key word GENERALLY.

What I don’t understand is a lot of these guys are going faster because they like to go home at 5.then complain they’re heavier the next day.
There are people that will literally work for free to get done early. Management walks all over these types of people. Terrified of losing the job and still wanting to have work life balance ends up this way.

Some of these guys will load their trucks more than an hour before start time or skip their lunch and eat it at the building late at night lol. I always tell them they’re idiots. and they will be doing it their whole career because UPS loves it.

I say generally, because it does receive some taxpayer money. The Government forces the USPS to give free, or highly reduced postage, to certain groups. The government pays for this through taxpayer money.

But, this is not what funds the USPS. This is only for Governmental special services.
