center manager decided to shelve my route on Saturday and Monday. Been going out 100 stops heavier since. Haven’t got close to finishing yet this week. I’ve still got packages on this truck that were loaded on Saturday. Can’t Wait to fill out my 9.5 grievance form….

Anytime they do petty stupid things like this to me I assume they are looking for a reaction. I’d just document on the 9.5 grievance this is part of the reason they are purposefully sending you over and ignore them.

Most people who are not a steward or business agent, have never been to a hearing.

I always notified the grievant of the date and time of their hearings, with the requirement of their presence.

I can't present a case without evidence. If they didn't show after 2 scheduled hearings.... I would withdraw

them with "rights"..... meaning when they did show up, the grievance was considered still active. But,

with no further liability to the company. Many a Labor person used to laugh at the members that didn't have

the balls to show up and present their case.

But they have to take the kids to school, or get home in time for supper most can’t be bothered with showing up to a hearing to help present their case…😀
