If you’re able to get them to pay you today good for you, but it says “through the 15th” gonna be hard to win that. Tuesday through Saturday people would get a third day if they did Thursday, Friday, Friday, and Saturday.

Yes but the language says through Jan 15 and effective Jan 15. Two different things.

That one word certainly makes a pretty big difference because a lot of people are going to get their first grievance this week for their 9.5 if we legitimately can file.
