I heard a bunch of different combinations. Hall and Taylor. D Hoffa and Hall. Hall and D Hoffa. Hall and Rome. Who knows. The incumbent and the like will ultimately wait until after the UPS contract.Where would that leave hall in all of this???
I knew you'd jump in on this. Dont deflect and dilute the collusion of the union with management by degrading the member.
In my opinion, out in the cold.Where would that leave hall in all of this???
He's going to be entitled to Teamcare until he reaches the rip old age of 65. Then you are kicked off. I believe he will be 65 in about 4 or 5 years. On Teamcare I hope.
I think you are right...In my opinion, out in the cold.

Well if Hoffa wants nothing to do with Hall and Freddy and Sean are in cahoots where do you see Ken ending up? I like a three way ticket very much, so if you want to give me his ticket I'd love to listen to your conspiracy theories. Rome and Hall? Who do you see caring a ticket? Whats even more weird is its 3 and a half years a away.Wow.
Both of you.... are really clueless.
When all else fails;
Ask TDU.
Or, ask the company.

I'd love to be rebuked by the alleged Big Union Guy. One thing I will always admit is I don't know it all, and I'm somewhat of a big Union guy myself, without the name of course.I think you are right...
Pretty muchView attachment 195500 Is this what your talking about?
Hoffa wants nothing to do with Hall? Every picture of negotiations he is sitting next to Taylor. I suspect he has a lot of influence in these negotiations.Well if Hoffa wants nothing to do with hall and Freddy and Sean are in cahoots where do you see Ken ending up? By the way you don't have to be rude and call me TDU. I am no more TDU than you are, from reading your posts I presume, of course.
I’m with @wide load all the way in regards to Sean....he will be the next teamster president..ken will be stomped by Sean just for being associated with Hoffa all these years... we need a president who younger teamsters can relate to and sean is the guy who can do this...Wow.

I take TDU articles with a grain of salt. Even if I believed that story, I think knowing Hoffa almost lost and the fact that he won’t be running again, Hall has to show he is different and not the old regime. IMOhall Announces He’s Running for Teamster Presidenttdu.org
He is running for IBT president, so I'm not exactly thinking Old Jimmy is very happy with him presently. What do you think? Do you have a loss of short term memory or something. Someone like you can't let this one slip past you. I know you HATE TDU with a passion, but you have to remember this one.
So what you say is that Hoffa is done. Who do you say will run against your boys, Sean and Fred?I take TDU articles with a grain of salt. Not exactly sure. But I posted before as possible combination of Hall, Rome, Taylor and or D Hoffa. But I looked at the numbers this morning and it might just be a lopsided win for OZ. But it’s all about how many locals will follow OZ.So what you say is that Hoffa is done. Who do you say will run against your boys, Sean and Fred?
In my opinion David will never be in the equation. Rome will be a possibility and Taylor isn't the sexy name that will make a bunch of noise. Hall was the highest vote getter in the last election. Don't forget this. He also won't have his name attached to this UPS contract either. So he is still alive and kicking, as well as welding a big stick. Don't count him out, for sure. Not exactly sure. I don’t think Rome will go down that path. Isn’t he on suspension for 2 years? Didnt he get a member kicked out of the Teamsters? Bale or Bales? In my opinion David will never be in the equation. The nlrb doesn't like to file on the union. That's half the problem.I'm not trying to demean him by saying what he did was dumb.... because it was.
You want to run against your Local leadership ? Have at it.
You want to promote the "vote no" movement at your facility ? OK.
But, if you're going to go all rogue against your Local and the company at the same time
you better make sure your don't stink. I've never seen a 27 year employee, a 17 year
Union Steward, do everything wrong causing his own termination. He had warning letters
that he didn't even protest with a grievance. That's dumb.
Collusion ? Maybe.... but the NLRB hasn't seen it that way.
I feel bad for the guy. If I was there, it wouldn't have happened.
