Well, unemployment for January was down another 12000 claims and the jobs report just came out and a healthy 257K jobs were created in january vs and est of 170K! The national unemployment rate fell to 8.3% and new estimates today call for the unemployment rate to be below 8% by november.

This information should provide President Obama with a bump by the end of next week and with solid growth like this, he should win re election hands down.

CONGRATS President Obama! Keep up the good work!

Peace

Attention is focused on Nevada now because of the GOP. Obama would have trouble crowing about their 12.6% unemployment rate..........you can't spin the fact that the number is unacceptable!!!

He has only been in office for a year but when he took office the unemployment rate was close to 14% so Nevada has made a small dent in the number.

This morning on the stock channel......Rick Santelli, Joe and others were discussing how they are figuring the unemployment number differently this time. If it was figured the same way as last time.......it would be the same as last time.

Great Propaganda News !

How stupid are investors these days ? Don't they listen to Fox ?
Stockmarkets on the rise ! What's up with that ?

How in the world could these idiots of rich investors ever see an upswing in the economy ? Beats me !
What does that have to do with the formula changing for figuring the unemployment number?
