I always let a helper finish the day no matter how bad. I might not keep them any longer than I had to or for sure would refuse to work with them the next day though.
I'm tired of helpers regardless of how affective they are and regardless of their attitudes. The main thing that I'm fed up with is hearing their lame stories about how they became helpers. How their last employer "screwed them" and yada yada yada.

My last helper is on his 4th day of qualifying. On-car was impressed by his ability to use the DIAD. He should have no problem qualifying.

That's great he's going to be a driver. Did you help him get the job? Besides on the job training?
Not even joking. That was cool You helped a kid big time in life. He will(or should) always be appreciative of that. Your a good guy sometimes no matter how much you try to act like a $&@& on this forum. He was a preloader who helped me during Peak. I make sure all of my helpers know how to use the DIAD and this has really helped him thus far.

A good driver will work the team as a team.Ive been a helper for the past 3 years with the same driver and he knows he has no worries when it comes tome for peak
We have a say in who our helper is and in our center we can say we don't want a helper but then if we can't get the work done it's on us which is bad. Last peak we were hammered so hard our helpers were approved for unlimited hours.Drivers should have a say if they want a helper or not.
I guess we're beating the Christmas rush for bashing helpers.
