Mueller report

Mueller clearly was operating from a position that the DOJ would not and could not indict a sitting president. T.

again speaking from Muellers report he said that had absolutely nothing to do with his decision. Are you dense or stupid or beligerantly dishonest?

Mueller works for Barr they have to ask Barr's permission. Barr's has provided a few people a less redacted version. it will be easier to prosecute someone if anything leaks.

I'm guessing that not showing up for a Congressional subpoena is something to be proud of, as in there might be something to hide. Mueller has nothing to hide, but Trump does.

How soon before the next size 16 shoe falls in Trump World?

So, Mueller doesn't have to obey the law. Explain, genius.

Oh, I don't know, we have laws against homicide, yet it happens every day by the minute. there are ramifications for a conviction of any law. He cannot be compelled to speak if he chooses not to, is there a price to pay? certainly. The man can appear and choose exactly what he wants to answer to as well, does he face jeopardy? Yes he potentially does. I believe the Republican House Intelligence Committee is still waiting for subpoenaed documents, we know how subpoenas for Hilllary's computer, phones and other materials turned out as well. Let's not play games.
I seriously want his ass dragged in and would love to question him. There are legal ways to avoid appearance however as well as ways that jeopardy attaches.

not showing up for political grandstanding is probably the honorable thing to do

The bottom line is, that was not his job or why he was appointed, you still seem to miss the fact that there was no named, (by information, or evidence) crime to be investigated or to pursue to indictment. Impeachment does, constitutionally require crime(s), the clown still presented none.
I have previously stated in this forum, (which can be searched and found) that we live in an unconstitutional America, I restate it again.
The fact is, ALL grand jury testimony is secret, for good reason, it is a protection, granted by the constitution fourth amendment rights, to the target of the grand jury.
No prosecution, the testimony and procedure is to die, fourth amendment guarantee.
It has not in this instance, it is political now. The fact is, pertaining to Trump, or any president, you can't indict, but you can show enough evidence of criminal acts to initiate impeachment proceedings. I tell the democrats, proceed at your own peril. I personally don't give a sht.

You have no idea of the complete jackasses that have or currently practice law. I have done well, most everything is a negotiation, not really that tough, and you said I can't, I can ..... maybe. Not to boast, not a claim beyond being a complete jackass.
So you haven't read the report?

not only is it blowing up in their face its self inflicted

Yep. They just requested Don McGahn testify before Congress, via subpoena. Remember him? He's the one Trump called twice to have Mueller fired. Once to request it, and a second time to make sure it had been done.

Later, when the fake NYT uncovered this, Trump called it fake news and then called McGahn into the Oval Office where he asked him to falsify his statements about the above referenced phone calls.

It's all in the report.

Nothing to see here....

What do you think McGhan will reveal in his testimony that he didn’t reveal to Mueller?
