would never happen. Maybe If a member were on 9.5 list and didn’t want it , it would be double instead of time and a half after 9.5. That I think is reasonable and fair.

I like the idea that all drivers are on the 9.5 list unless they op out. Also 9.5 will be paid automatically for those drivers, no need to file. Company has two weeks to pay out or you can then file a grievance for that and receive penalty pay.
