Don't have any personal experience with them but pretty much anything from the long-proven major manufacturers is going to be okay.

Walther is an excellent firearm. If you have the money, H and K is also a good choice.

the only Walther ive had were 2 p.p.k...32 semi.....too light.........id consider short barrel o/u 12 or 20 gauge.....nice practical weapon.

Walther no longer makes steel frame handguns. Haven’t for a awhile. I own PPK/s in .380 acp. Hold on to the steel frame guns.

mine were my father who brought them back from ww2 along with a Mauser 96 ?....and a German assault storm 44......he was 10th mountain division.

yes...I only fired it a few time...I think 8mm..............ive fired m16 full and m14 full when I was in the service.....

PPK is a great pistol. Dated technology but still works. I have a cheap Hungarian copy of one that is surprisingly accurate. My only criticism of it is a crappy trigger pull.

I considered getting one about nine years ago. Have they discontinued it?
