Just got back a little bit ago from shooting the Hi Power. Overall my impressions are good. A little tack driver once I got the sights tweaked and not a single jam among 200 rounds. I inadvertently used NATO rounds in it at first (which it wasn't designed for) and it was actually a little painful to shoot. But once I switched to 115gr Luger rounds it handled more like the 9mm I'm used to.
I considered using it for a carry gun beforehand, but I must say after some extended range time with it I've decided that despite the thin slide, this gun really isn't cut out for that at all. It's long, kinda heavy, and the blue finish is just too pretty to scar up and sweat all over (I'm also not a fan of manual safeties). My S&W 442 and Glock 19 will remain my carry guns and this will join the other pretty-to-look-at range guns like my 1911, Dan Wesson, and Uberti 1873.
With this gun crossed off my hard-to-find list, that pretty much leaves the Colt Single Action Army. Though I'm not holding my breath on getting one of those any time soon.

I have an Arcus, it was reasonably priced and is one of my favorites to shoot.
I love this gun, it's on my wish list too. My friend has one and I love to borrow it and go to the range.

I love the CZ 75 platform. My favorite 9mm is an EAA Witness. Very accurate and sweet trigger. Plus you can carry it cocked and locked like a 1911.

I was hot to find a EAA 10mm but kinda gave up. Idk why, but I love that 10mm round

I bought a 10mm when they first came out but wasn't impressed with it. Too much cartridge for most pistols so they reduced the load. Which let to the 40 S&W which did the same in a smaller case.
I do still have a 10mm but its a Ruger Blackhawk with 10mm and 38-40 cylinders.
