What?!? Why?
Not sure why.... Some manufacturers simply won't deal with Massachusetts. To sell in Mass, the manufacturer has to submit a firearm for testing. They probably have to pay for the testing too.
It's not just Kimber, there are many guns that can't be sold here.
Here is the latest Approved Firearms Roster for Massachusetts:

I knew they were bought out by Camping World and they were all going under, but I just assumed the ones being spared would simply become Camping Worlds.
Just got another URGENT email from Gander Mountain. Huge slashed going out of business sale. Prices reduced again!
Reduce them about 30% more and they will only be 20% above retail.
