I can't go into specifics, but some upper management got caught breaking the rules, and it went downhill from there. They cleaned house. Building managers, several center managers, I'm sure some supervisors got caught too, All busted down and moved far far away within a week.

They don't do demotions now. Glennlake, will terminate every management person involved.

That's just crazy. They're paying for the salon name. I won't go to cheap places like Hair Cuttery because they are fresh out of beauty school, but I'm not spending $600, EVER. I've learned that $200 will get me a good cut and color. I have long thick hair and it's a lot to do.

Had to charge the same 5 dollars the base charged.

And they up the ante with a straight razor shave, a hot towel and a 2 minute shoulder massage.

I'd assume with inflation it's a 10 dollar hair cut now but thats still good

When I had a haircut from a base barber I considered myself lucky if I wasn't bleeding afterward.
