I like how my center is doing it. Pretty much giving the bulk and business stuff to the seasonals. That way they go to the same stops every day. Give the guys with knowledge the resi and helpers. Let them knock

They are only gonna do 60-70 stops a day no matter what. Why waste it on easy resi stuff?
This way at least they get bulk off
The trucks of the guys who can get it done.
