Been saying the same thing for 20 years.
It's true even if your conscience will not let you acknowledge it.
And why drivers tip P/T and not friend/T preloaders.
If you don't believe it, then don't tip P/Ts.
This situation is why people form governments ... to protect themselves from unscrupulous or unconscionable people.

All I said was they have the power.


I fought hard for part time wages this last contract and questioned why the union would call it progression when it's less than the general wage increases. To the point t that me and my BA haven't spoken since.

There's things I love about the union but there's things I hate. Like beating their chest about a $1.50 raise for pt when in reality it's less than half that at the end of their progression.

4 in mine we do $100 each...this guy is awesome

We take a collection $20 each and split it up between the clerks, porters and car washers.
And I personally give my unloader $20
