Oh boy, that proverbial 'other shoe' is gonna drop soon then once that backlog gets processed.

It's why there's a sign up sheet for Xmas day in many places I'm sure.

Now I'm no PR wizard but honestly if I'm ups I don't deliver Xmas day no matter what. When people complain I tell them next year they shouldn't wait so late. We did our best.
