christmas Eve was a gravy ass off by 3pm day my first 5 years. Now we don't even get all of our air before then.

Way back in pre-history, when I started, it was the same.

We all took code 5's, all the peak routes were left in and helpers worked.

It wasn't unusual to be done and home by 1:00 or 2:00.

Pretty much. No air other than 2DA, and no shuttles.



Hell, we all got along, and drivers and management would stop for a holiday beer on the way home.
