Props for
Starting on a Tuesday. 99% of people once Monday goes it becomes well maybe next week.
I'm going to start with push ups walking and shadow boxing with 3 pound weight. I don't really have the time but if I mix those up I think I can do those for starters. I can also do any of those things on my lunch break if I can't fit it in in the morning or evening.
