We do our only van route as a split route. He runs surepost to the PO and then 2 more bulk stops, comes back and grabs his second car and runs res the rest of the day.

This route is an industrial park. No need for home stops...do you know how hard it is to deliver home stops out of a van?

All our PO bulk is given to article 22 guys. Then they tap PUs on the way in.

We only have 1. Generally try and avoid utilizing him off peak. Once you hit OT on those guys in our district it's just a huge unneeded headache.
