On a down note I read that every one of the contestants of "Americas Biggest Loser" of a couple of seasons ago had gained back all of the hundreds of pounds they had worked so hard to lose. P.S. I have never watched the show (well-- 15 minutes of it was enough) -- my wife does and I kid her about it all the time.
