In terms of customer service..they blow UPS out of the water. If your package delivery gets "rescheduled" thru ups and you call the 800 #. ... all you get is lame excuses and an apology...you can't even get a straight answer out of those people as to the actual reason.They're packed so well, what could go wrong?

Good morning BBIn terms of customer service..they blow UPS out of the water. If your package delivery gets "rescheduled" thru ups and you call the 800 #. ... all you get is lame excuses and an apology...you can't even get a straight answer out of those people as to the actual reason.
Amazon will give you a discount code for money off your next purchase or free shipping on your next prime pantry order.....something a customer might actually appreciate.
