I don't even think it was the person I was delivering to. Just someone within earshot overheard something. It probably was a suggestive remark or joke about something though, couldn't have been my worst if a warning letter's all I got!

They threatened to give me a BS warning letter yesterday....my BA shows up and suddenly my center manager changed his mind....shocking....lol

They didn't want us talking on the phone while driving, but I had a dispatcher who would call me almost every night, while I was pulling the same load into the building. "where are you? How long before you hit the gate?" I told him to stop calling me. I ended up not answering the phone. He finally got the message. This was before they could communicate on IVIS and track you on the computer.
