My beer store was giving out samples of Guinness blonde a few weeks ago....nothing spectacular
Back in the 80's Guinness would have been considered a "craft brew",..a bar in the Flats of Cleveland had many imports, they catered to the internationals (on ships) that came to port throughout the last century, that was my first encounter w/ International brews

Nope. Don't recall any Helgas. The only names I remember of my fellow students were my drinking buddies and the other hellraising exchange students who were also there from Wisconsin. Kemper, Thomas, Ralf, Udo, Jurgen and Stefan. I might remember a few more if you set me down at a sturdy wooden table and put a 1 liter mug in my hand. Some oompa music might help too.
