I'd give them a chance to fix it before going to HR.Don’t spend time going to station management. Contact HR as soon as possible.

Other than this surprising situation, this is a very good manager. I expect him to make it right. I'm very surprised at him thoughDon’t spend time going to station management. Contact HR as soon as possible.
Ironic considering she's a tribeswomanStill a little gasy from dinner.

Are they turning down work?Minimums are already being ignored at some stations.
Someone from the district is either on his ass or he's real close to achieving a fat bonus. My bet is on the former.Other than this surprising situation, this is a very good manager. I expect him to make it right. I'm very surprised at him though
No it's not impossible. Managers aren't that hard to figure out. They tend to repeat their bad habits even though this one seemed to be in good graces up 'til now.Until we hear how this manager acts to resolve this problem, it's impossible to know what happened. There definitely are no bonuses going to managers these days.
Our district manager is a real life Batman villain. Drops in once or twice a year to tell everyone how awful they're doing, speaks profanely, boasts about how much money he makes, etc. Just a truly horrible guy. I guess that actually makes me sympathize with those who work under himSomeone from the district is either on his ass or he's real close to achieving a fat bonus. My bet is on the former.
Our stations are under strict "No OT" orders.
I can see some managers trying to limit the OT by doing something stupid like this.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t it the job of management to manage hours?OT is a huge deal if there's too much of it and others are getting minimums.
No, it's to pass the buck to you and take the credit if it works out and have a scapegoat if it doesn't.Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t it the job of management to manage hours?
