DIAD I - very top heavy, wiggled off a pile of boxes and cartwheeled down a flight of stairs once, bounced up and stuck in the drywall, oops!
If it broke, response was use paper - ugh. Don't forget to do a DVA send at the end of the day.
DIAD II - gave everyone carpel tunnel the first 6 mos.
If it broke, response was to use paper and luckily none to be found by this time . Training was "Here, you'll be an expert by the end of the day". Had to transmit info over the phone and customers around you wondered what that noise was. If you had your truck audited YOU had to find the daily summary screen for the auditor - lol.
