The heaviest package was 50lbs. And there was a total weight limit of 100lbs on the stop itself I believe. That’s tough.Has @rod ever mentioned how tough they had it back in the day?
Loooong goneYou still have it??
50 pounds per package and the 100 pound limit was from one shipper on interstate shipments. Or maybe it was intrastate shipments. I don't remember which it was for sure. The heaviest package was 50lbs. And there was a total weight limit of 100lbs on the stop itself I believe. That’s tough.
Did you even have NDA back in those days?50 pounds per package and the 100 pound limit was from one shipper on interstate shipments. Or maybe it was intrastate shipments. I don't remember which it was for sure.

No 1Z labels then. Most accounts hand stamped the shipper number on package and needed to add a red or blue sticker to upgrade the service.Didn’t they have something built into the sticker to peel off and stick on your clipboard…the tracking
we had to cut the sticker off and turn them in at night, along with COD stickers. No 1Z labels then. Most accounts hand stamped the shipper number on package and needed to add a red or blue sticker to upgrade the service.
Do you mean the first NDA labels where the driver had to sign for every one and tear off the top copy and turn it in? That was a royal pain in the butt. Especially when I was picking up the biggest air shipper in the district at the time.we had to cut the sticker off and turn them in at night, along with COD stickers.
