The witness was one of the kids who broke the law to trespass which makes her testimony somewhat suspect. Without more corroboration to her claims her statements are weak. Possibly she is trying to shift the blame away from herself and her friends. It seems she is using social media to try the case in the court of public opinion. I still remember many of the Ferguson "witnesses" who later admitted they lied about what they claimed they saw. For now, as always, wait for the evidence before rushing to judgement.

Let's look at the facts here ; The video is only 7 mins of a 30 min event .
Keef_Cakez of Young KC on Twitter was the party promoter . She is the black woman seen fighting the white women .
Under HOA rules a resident is only allowed one guest at the pool not 70 to 100 .
It is unclear if she is even a resident in this community .
One resident Benet Embry who is black , stated that the incident had nothing to do with race .
Teens were jumping fences , attacked 2 security guards and a mother with 3 little girls . There are reports of death threats against those who were there . Also homes had their front doors kicked in , a truck was stolen and vehicles were vandalized .
And a Ferguson organizer has already planned a protest rally at 6:30pm today .

'McKinney Police received several additional calls related to this incident advising that juveniles were now actively fighting,' it continued.

'First responding officers encountered a large crowd that refused to comply with police commands. Nine additional units responded to the scene. Officers were eventually able to gain control of the situation.'

Baba, Not surprisingly, you left out the last part of the statement put out by the McKinney PD:

McKinney Police later learned of a video that was taken at the scene by an unknown party. This video has raised concerns that are being investigated by the McKinney Police Department. At this time, one of the responding officers has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of this investigation.

The 15yrs old that the officer was detaining has stated ,
'Him getting fired is not enough,' she said.

'[Officers] were completely outnumbered and they were just doing the right thing when these kids were fleeing and using profanity,' one local woman said.

Photographs also showed that somebody had put up a sign at the pool over the weekend, saying: 'Thank you McKinney PD for keeping us safe.'

Although several people can be seen being detained in the video, only one 14-year-old boy was formally arrested, police said.
