Double and triple shifting inside the Hubs working 6 or 7 days a week a younger guy could easily work 75 hours. OT after 5 hours can be a strong incentive.

If the PTer is a good, versatile worker, and wants those hours for a couple weeks, why not?

If he did, the PT sup would be working the hours. And he most likely already is. Hiring and training enough PT employees in the Hubs even during the off Peak season is difficult enough.

I work 9 hours Preloading and 7 hours helping. Simple math guys. 11 hours on Monday + 64 hours combined Rest of the week = 75 hours

But you have to understand that Dave can't calculate anything bigger than 8.2 hrs a day times 5 days.

I know of a preloader who got 7-8 hours in the AM and then another 7-8 hours driving a golf cart on one day. If nobody was paying close enough attention or simply didn't care, it's possible to hit 75.

15 x 5 = 75

if u work over 8 hours a day it should be ot. for example u work 8 inside the hours outside should be ot.

Doesn't work like that. A helper has a different classification than a preloader, they already thought of that.

5 part timers are over 60 hrs in my center as of today, possibly one or two more. They have preload and then helper or reload to do tomorrow. Possible Saturday preload for one of them also. It's a big world outside of the BOG.
