As bad as Carter was he wasn't as bad as Biden. Doesn't really matter how much time Biden puts in because he's just a figurehead. Show up from vacation, sign a piece of legislation, say some incoherent sentences, then go back on vacation. Leave the details to whoever is really running the government behind the scenes.

Funny how Leftists hate Christianity but buy into astrology. But let them hear a Republican first lady is into astrology and they twist that to attack her husband.
