President Biden

He should if he hasn’t, especially after the case is adjudicated.

No, immigrants aren't more likely to commit crimes than US-born, despite Trump's border speech

…”homicide conviction rate 14% below that of native-born Americans. Immigrants have a 62% lower homicide rate and undocumented immigrants have a 41% lower total criminal conviction rate than native-born Americans.”
You're not getting it. The rapes and murders committed by illegals shouldn't have ever happened because they shouldn't have been let in. We have a legal immigration system that vets immigrants before they ever arrive. That's why their conviction rate is much lower.

So from here on out only those who watch cable news will get a good look at the candidates, with their words spun, rather than hearing them in their own words? Most people are too caught up in their daily lives to pay close attention.
Rachel Maddow had a meltdown over MSNBC airing Trump's victory speech. Kind of hard to hear a candidate's own words if the networks won't show them.

Most people don’t watch cable news, they watch their phones and snippets and clips. And generally speaking, they only listen to media they agree with. No offense, my friend, but I think you are completely oblivious to how things work now. I’m not mad at you about it because I don’t like it either.
And I think those serious about democracy want to see candidates answer questions and make their own judgement. Snippets and clips from biased sources don't inform the public.

The Border Patrol does vet immigrants. They’re following the law. Biden is following the law. If you want the law to be different you have to support a different bill instead of supporting tanking the bill before it even gets to debate in the House.

You’re falling for Trump’s bs.

I think you hit on a very important point. Most aren’t serious about our democracy, our liberty or our constitution. We will get the leaders we deserve.

We've known for years of their bias. But when CNN held a Republican debate I think it's safe to say more liberals watched it than would've watched the ones on FOX. Debates are an essential part of the election process. People can clearly see how the candidates respond to hard questions, and if they're sharp enough to do the job. People forget that Trump got more votes than any sitting Republican president in history in 2020. That's after 4 years of Democratic smears but people were able to see him in the debate in his own words.

He didn't win a single case because all were thrown out without being tried. Curious as to why you want less sunlight, not more, on the candidates in their current condition? Maybe RFK Jr makes a compelling case to not vote for Trump or Biden if a debate is held. Being so anti government that you don't want to see any government function isn't exactly bolstering our democracy.
Somehow you pick me as anti-government which is completely false. I am the same thing most of our founding fathers were, pro small federal government, something neither party cares for anymore. They both want a bigger federal government just with their side controlling it. The bigger the central planning government, the harder it becomes to have liberty.

Assuming they are fair debates and not like it was with the Republican having to debate both opponent and the moderator.

No they aren't. Their criminal history isn't being checked. Neither is their health. And the Biden administration has fought every effort by states to stop the flow. And in 2023 alone the Biden administration flew 320,000 illegals from various Latin American countries directly to 43 different U.S. airports, bypassing the border altogether. There's nothing they are doing that says they are trying to secure the border. This is insanity.

And yet you said Trump didn't win a single case in court. There are many Republicans arguing for smaller government but in order to shrink it we have to work from within. Debates help make the case for electing candidates who will do that.

Again, he didn’t win any cases, is it his fault or his lawyers?
His assertion is, it was rigged and stolen. I’ve already told you I’m willing to entertain that idea.. they clearly seem panicked, throwing mud at the wall to try and get some sort of conviction on him.

4 Years later, what has changed? what assurances are in place to not allow that happen again? Why would someone vote if they it can be stolen and be rigged? Do you not see how this whole process the last four years can disenfranchise people?

Do you believe it was rigged and stolen?

Which is why I say I’m willing to entertain the idea that it could’ve happened. One side said it was the safest election in history, is ridiculous.

The point I’m making is what’s changed? Even our court system doesn’t want to know the truth? Or to fix any errors that could’ve happened. Again, full on Idiocracy from every branch of government.

They absolutely are being checked. The Border Patrol has access to international databases of countries with agreements with the U.S. and also has access to FBI databases. Who are you trying to fool?
Then why are they being let in? Most of these people are coming from developing nations. They don't have databases like we do. They aren't being checked. They aren't being checked for disease either. They aren't presenting passports.

You do realize that the word “illegal” as in illegal alien means “broke the law.” If a person does something “illegal” they have committed a crime. So 100% of the illegal aliens have committed a crime.
First time crossing is a civil infraction, not a crime. Especially if they're being let in. It's the government's duty to keep them out. Using the asylum laws is exploiting loopholes.
