The military justice system shows the same racial disparities as the civilian system.

Then minorities are disproportionately found in support jobs, like food, transport, etc and lag in every high skill and prestige position, including officer spots. The special forces are as white as a Scandinavian country club. A black seal or green beret is a unicorn.

Every single thing you'd point to in civilian society is replicated or multiplied in the military.

Somebody needed to tell my black master sargeant back almost 40 years ago that the Air Force wasn't truly integrated and he didn't have the right to bark at us. The military integrated long before the civilian population and there are plenty of blacks in responsible positions.

It was developed by the Museum of Black History and it was removed because it was true and hit at the heart why non-conforming Blacks continue to lag behind other Blacks that embraced American Values.

Remember, America was founded on ideas ... not race or religion.
