Quadruple time 9.5 penalty isn’t enough to deter the company. How much would it take?

Automatic premium pay takes away many of the tactics the company uses to have people not file. Don't know why, but many, even if on the 9-5 list, do not file.

We should stop calling it a grievance, call it "overtime bonus pay".

There would be no way for the Union to tell how many "infractions" were left unfiled? That gross # presented to members may ignite a stronger discussion come '28

Only the middle of February and have dozens of people where I am getting ready to hit quadruple time or already hit it for going over 9.5 and no end in sight. And they don’t care. No intention of hiring anyone.

Maybe we should ask for 10x ?
