Pretty sure the investigation will show this is a common occurrence in this area and it was just a matter of time before something bad happened. There might be some other mitigating factors, but doubtful They were the main culprit. More reports today that there was another close call even before this just last night. Just a sad, tragedy and loss of life. Hopefully the necessary adjustments are made so it does not happen again.
