What you're quoting is from someone who twists everything he sees in life if it doesn't lead to the economic system he believes is fair and just. There's nothing fair and just about economic systems that don't work. You think you have it bad but having to work for your pay is nothing compared to literally having not much more than the clothes you wear, standing in line for hours to get one portion of cheese, stealing fuel to distill for its alcohol so that you can drink yourself into a stupor to escape grinding poverty for a few hours. That was life in the Soviet Union for most of the population. And guess what? Those in power lived very well. You can't get away from humans exploiting others for their own gain.
actually you can get away from humans exploiting others, they have 30,000 of them in italy where workers are all co owners.

looking at the definition of heresy:

we see that under capitalism this would be rich owners and CEOs at the expense of poor workers. workers toil under unsafe conditions which leads to greater profits for owners.

jesus was not a capitalist and he doesnt care that capitalism is less worse than some of the other systems.

And Denmark has a grand total of 89 McDonalds and are doing high volume which allows them to pay better. McDonald's in the U.S. has millions of employees working for mostly franchisees. The McDonald's Corporation has about 150,000 employees. Their profits come from mainly jacking up the prices their franchisees pay them. This puts the franchisees in the position of if they pay too much their business model collapses. It's not a straight comparison between the U.S. and Denmark. Bet you won't hear this in socialist circles.
so then adopt the denmark system its obviously better.

i guarantee you denmark mcdonalds workers take more paid vacation than unionized nurses in north america

No one was a capitalist then. Capitalism developed as a need for efficiency in the marketplace. It's why it has lifted billions out of poverty. And not everyone toils under unsafe conditions. And some work is inherently unsafe like coal mining. You do what you can to make it safer but there are no guarantees. Which is why it also pays decent.

Let us know when those companies in Italy are so successful that everyone wants to emulate them.

Again, 89 McDonald's doing high volume allows McDonald's to pay more in an environment where competition is fierce for employees. I absolutely don't have a problem with McDonald's paying more in the U.S. but as usual what will happen is costs get passed to the consumer. If you have been eating at McDonald's in the States in the last three years you have seen prices rise to the point that McDonald's is no longer cheap. I eat mostly at home these days. All I can afford and it's not that cheap either.

the 30,000 cooperatives in italy are worth emulating. this is democratic. its therefore approved by jesus

were talking about heresy which is grasping for yourself at someones expensive. by definition any capitalist business with an employer and employees renting themselves would fufill this definition.

in addition denmark according to this page is slightly higher than america for cost of living.

Someone with heart disease shouldn't be eating at McDonalds.

cost does not necessarily get passed onto consumer. they can choose what do to.

denmark has 67% union rate. US is a satanic 11%. so you can imagine corporate profits are lower in denmark because the workers have a strong labor movement. standards of living are higher. cost of living is basically the same.

You think bosses only exist under capitalism?

Have you looked at the cost of living in Denmark? And you know what? If you worked at McDonald's in Denmark you wouldn't want to settle for $20hr. Why not $25hr? And if they give you $25hr then why not $30hr? And who is this guy telling you to show up at a certain time and work way later than you want to? And why is he making you clean the restrooms when you only want to work the drive through? How dare he order you around! You're never happy.
when you say "why not" for the wages, well that is the mentality i believe - workers try to get as much money as they can, and so do the capitalists. in denmark the workers get more money than american workers.

many people even on here agree jesus was not a capitalist and he would not support capitalism based on how it treats the poor.

Where will the goalposts be next time facts hit you square on?

McDonald's profits are up the same % as there price increases, coincidence?
