I'm not defending McDonald's. But you're saying McDonald's has control over what their franchisees pay their employees. And in case you haven't noticed beef prices are ridiculously high. Corporations pass those costs on. They're determined to keep their profits up. Those profits pay dividends as well as expansion costs, new technology, etc. Can't begin to tell you how many McDonald's I have seen remodeled around the country. If a brand gets stale they lose customers. Plenty of out of business companies didn't change with the times. But you want what you want.
