I make nothing up. I only speak what I believe comes from my Father in heaven. Through the various means of communicating to me he has provided. I do not believe He speaks exclusively through the Bible.
Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control. God’s sovereignty.
I get it, it is my impression that you can’t talk of these things because you have made the Bible sovereign over all creation and spiritual things are above that. They are actually of God Himself and not just His book.
The Bible verse you gave describes where you believe faith comes from. It does not say what faith is.

The writer of Hebrews defines faith as confidence and conviction. He then gives examples of that faith in chapter 11.

You've been telling us you communicate directly with God. But the Apostle Paul said "For we walk by faith, not by sight." (2nd Corinthians 5:7). There is no direct communication with God.

Letting go? Sounds like Chris Hedges operates in the blind faith realm. One believing something"has meaning" doesn't mean it does or will.
