The Las Vegas shooter used 2 different assault style weapons. One was a 5.56mm and the other a 7.62mm weapon. That is the reason people thought there were two different shooters. Wounded 411. I think this would classify as a mass casualty event. One man with 2 weapons.

The guy (Rittenhouse) had the precise weapon (for protection) needed at that point in time to be able to answer the charges leveled today.
