It is not known when the state learned Freeland's identity, but it has been confirmed that he had wanted immunity before he would testify, and that Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger would not grant it.
So the prosecutors not only withheld evidence, they hid a witness.... these people need to lose their law licenses.

Wouldn't have been murder. He would have been the 4th guy Kyle had shot in self-defense.
And I think anyone who has watched the video of what happened that night and still thinks the 2 guys who were killed were murdered must either have sub-Forrest Gump IQ levels or are just denying reality as members of team hard left extremist.
