Kyle shouldn't have even been there. But he was. And he was armed. And he shot the people who attacked him. It's all on video. I'm not sure what the social justice angle would be to that if there even is one.

I don't know the law but from what I understand you can't provoke someone into attacking you then claim self defense. If I was on the jury hes guilty. If being part of a peaceful protest was what Kyle had in mind he wouldn't have obtained permission to defend a car dealership.

I'm not under 18 and wouldn't make any arrangements for the defense of local property. So I wouldn't be worried that acknowledging that Kyle shouldn't have been there that night runs counter to my desire to maintain the ability to peacefully protest anything.

Of course he can go there. He just can't point weapons at ppl for non life threatening reasons.
